Group or Centre
Activities
Hand in hand can assist in Group and Centre Based Activities, including assisting clients to participate in the group-based community, social and recreational activities to improve their capacity building and their overall wellbeing.
Allied Health Professionals
We work hand in hend with allied health professionals to provide a growing range of NDIS Capacity Building Supports. This includes Occupational therapist, Social worker, Developmental Educators, Physiotherapy, Psychologists, end other therapists and specialists.
